Our coaches are fully certified, holding Level 2 Parkour UK qualifications, NSPCC safeguarding certifications, Enhanced DBS checks, first aid qualifications, and full insurance coverage.

Amy believes parkour is a space for everyone and actively champions equality in sports. Amy is a strong believer in achieving your dreams and chasing your goals and actively encourages people to be the best they can be. Hard work and discipline goes a long way but also recognizes that its important to reflect and appreciate how far you have already come. Amy hopes students breaks the barriers of life.

Coaching Experience
Amy started parkour in 2014 and began coaching 3 years later, working as lead coach for Evolve Manchester. Since then, Amy has worked alongside established Manchester providers such as Project Z Academy, Free Spirit Parkour and across the UK with The Globe Theater, Access Parkour Edinburgh, London School of Movement, Esprit Concrete and more. Amy holds Parkour UK Level 2 coaching certificates.

Personal Achievements
Amy took part in the SPL 4 parkour world championships Canada and World Chase Tag 5 London. Amy holds podium spots in national competitions such as 1st place at Nova City Project Underground and international events such as 2nd place at Oslo Movement Festival. Amy has a history of stunt work for National Rail Globe Theatre, CBBC and more. Amy's most viewed video on Instagram is 140 million views.
